Very easy to use. Superior, smooth vaping experience. Keep in upright position subsequent to using to prevent residue from coating the sides of the glass, far from the heat source.Not the easiest to clean, daily maintenance advised. Quartz balls do not spin. Pros far outweigh the cons. I bought two. My husband kept taking mine!
